Refund policy

All sales are final. OvaloClub does not accept returns or exchanges, and we don't issue refunds for change of mind or sizing. Please review sizing and product details before placing your order.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, email us at ovaloclubb@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging, and we'll work with you to make it right.

Order cancellations

If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. We can only cancel orders that haven't shipped yet.
